PC (Steam) - Used anti-camp unhook and gained an extra hook state, cannot be unhooked on 2nd hook.

This occurred on the Midwich map with Chucky as killer. This only happened once.
- The Killer hooks a survivor for the first time
- The killer camps and triggers unhook for survivor
- Survivor unhooks themself and gains additional hook state (hooked once but UI shows 2 hooks)
- The killer hooks the same survivor
- Survivor now in struggle phase (hooked twice, showing as 2 hooks, but no progress bar)
- Other survivors cannot unhook this survivor*
*I believe the game thought the survivor was dead after being hooked on "2 hooks" so other survivors could not unhook even though the survivor was only hooked twice and in struggle phase.
