Step 1: equip Steve Harrington's torso from the "this is not happening" set.
Step 2: look at the bottom back part of his jacket (see pictures below), this is noticeable anywhere (both in game and in the lobby, even the shop).
My consoles are PS5 and PS4, bug is seen on both.
Steve Harrington's jacket, "that's-a-no jacket", from the "this-is-not-happening" skin is always floating at the back, the bottom part of his jacket at the back has been shooting out unnaturally all the time since it's release.
