Can’t claim Tome 17 Charm and Rift Fragments

Hey BHVR I don’t know how this glitch exactly happens but I remember doing Level 2 challenges and once I moved to Level 3 it said I already unlocked the rewards with doing any challenges. I thought it would get fixed if I got to level 4 and got the rewards but as you can see in the images it still didn’t do anything.
If there is anyway to fix this please let me know, thank you!
