"Streamer Mode" on Xbox Needs a Fix
Obviously when you play against players not on Xbox your name is hidden from them and all of that, but when you play against Xbox users they can still send you salty messages and view your profile. Just had a match where the team gen rushed and was super greedy, on Coldwind (probably my least favorite map in the game as killer). By the end game 1 was already dead and I was camping a survivor I just hooked, the other 2 healed and came for the unhook, but luckily I was legion and got them all injured again. I downed 2 of them and ended up with a 3K (win lol). After the match one of them, a "ttv", messaged me saying I was trash. Why are they able to view my profile and message me if streamer Mode is on, what's the point of it? Viewing the profile shouldn't even be an option, and I hope this gets a fix in the future because I don't want salty greedy survivors that lost telling me I'm trash, that's why I turned it on to begin with.

They said anon mode on Xbox is how it is because of Xbox/Microsoft policies. BHVR can’t do anything about that.

Their Anonymous Mode violated some of Microsoft's policies and was removed after like two weeks or so after it was introduced. I don't know how the devs didn't know this beforehand, but the current way it's implemented can't work on Xbox like it does on the PlayStations apparently.

Interesting... I'm pretty sure other games, like Fortnite have the same thing, does it work this way across all games or just DbD?

I've never run into this particular problem before, where it's introduced then quickly removed. I think they said it was mistakenly activated on Xbox or sumsuch, but seriously how does that happen?
Dunno about Fortnite I've never played that.
