You swapping out the flashlight challenge took away my progress

I completed the challenge to blind the killer twice in one match when they're carrying a survivor. However when you swapped it out for the "back off" challenge, it took away my progress.
In no scenario should it work like that. I suffered enough trying to do the former, the stun one might be even more annoying and I shouldn't have to do it.
