Match making penalties for leaving customs

I have encountered a bug that gives a penalty for leaving a custom match. I had played NO ONLINE ranked matches today and went into a customs game to practice with the ONI I had recently purchased. I left the customs match to change my perks and add one and when I did I received a 15 HOUR WAIT TIME!!! I’ve researched the forums and several other sites and it claims you don’t receive a wait time but I have.
