Xbox audio messing up when game is loading

When in a party with friends on xbox when the game is loading ONLY WHEN THE GAME IS LOADING does my mic and audio either become robotic, or very quiet to thenpoint they cant hear me
1.) turn on xbox
2.)play dbd load a game when game is loading have a party with one or more friends
3.) notice how ur friends cant hesr you/ you become robotic only while game is loading.
this is so frustrating like how does this happen in only this game
