bug on heal of teammates

Hello,
I want reporte a bug on the heal, with my friend we are playing the last day and any times, he is hurt and I can't heal him, we have change position, anything block the hit box but it's impossible, this bug is very present (any time in one day (1 game of 3)). My friend is in switch and me on pc (computer, keyboard).
1
