cannot merge

can anyone help me with this since Support team doesn't answer the tickets

    it can take a few days until they answer depending on the number of tickets coming in. Thought you say tickets as in plural - any time you create a new ticket you go back to the end of the queue..

    how long have you waited til your last ticket?


    First of all, have you played at least one game on each account you want to merge?

    have you tried a different browser (Chrome and Firefox would be the two most supported I think so I would at least try those two)
