Constant "Take chance to unhook"

This has happened twice against the same killer, the Huntress, on backwater swamp and yakahoma estate.
After a teammate unhooks me from my first hook, the prompt follows me until I'm dead.
I can still repair, heal and unhook others, but the conflicting R button prompt won't go away.
