PC - survivor was able to disconnect without spawning in bot

Was playing as Hillbilly on Temple of Purgation and the William and Kate were both dead.
The Nancy (who hadn't been hooked once) somehow disconnected without spawning in a bot, and the Steve who brought a hatch offering was waiting ontop of where hatch would spawn and escaped instantly. A bit odd haha
I'm not sure which of the above are my logs so I've posted both of them.
