Chase music and icon do not match the chase status

Description: Chase music starts too late and stops too early, although internet connection is fine
Steps to reproduce: Play any survivor or any killer on any map on european servers
How often does this occur: Nearly every match
I am sorry, that I cannot provide additional information. I know its not enough information, maybe someone else can help. But it is really annoying when I am looking at a chase icon and see that someone else is getting chased and then bam - the killer stands behind me. And yeah, I checked for perks and addons after.
It is really a problem when two or more survivors are grouped and I am trying to get out of the situation, just to realize way too late I am being chased instead of my teammate, who had the chase icon in the HUD.
