Limiting vision via snowball debuff

Whos idea was that? Killer default field of view is not that good and is not comfortable to play as it is, not to mention when you have like 10-15 percent of the space taken away with the snowball debuff. Considering how big some killer weapons are you have barely any screenspace left. I just tried to play with new kitty skin Wraith and its horrible.
