Blocked hook. Couldn’t hook survivor.

Sorry, if there is already a report on this, I just wanted to make sure.
Step:1 booted game on ps5
Step 2: Play as killer in public match.
step 3: in game. Hook survivor on Hawkins map inside rooms with shelves.
step 4 sometimes shelves block hook so you can’t hook survivor.
ADDITIONAL INFO;
Killer: Singularity
Perks: Pop, eruption, surge, deadlock.
Frequency: Unsure.
