NOED Bug

Description of the issue: NOED is currently bugged to where it doesnt show the aura at all. We spent the entire endgame, looking for the NOED totem, and when we finally found it, it was because we checked totem spawns and didnt look for the aura. The aura did not show of the totem untill we touched/started breaking the totem.
How often does this occur: This seems to be a bug with every time NOED is in a lobby, as its aura has not been showing when it is supposed to
