Self Unhook Bug

Playing as survivor on PC. Map: Badham.
- On first hook, killer camped until the self-unhook bar filled, Teammate uses Reassurance while bar fills.
- Reassurance rans out
- Unhooked at last second before stage 2. This causes the hook counter to show as dead-hook.
- Got downed and hooked again
- I was still on 2nd stage and was able to struggle, however the following issues happened
- Self-unhook bar didn't appear
- Was unable to be unhooked by teammates
- Was unable to be reassured
I died to 2nd stage after the struggle phase.
