Pain Res And Deadlock

Hello
I was hoping some1 here might knew the correct answer, in current state of DBD how does Pain Res and Deadlock work together, if a Pain Res hits a deadlock gen, will the gen loose the 25% progress or will nothing happend?

When the Gen is blocked by the Entity by any mean (including Deadlock) any continuous regressing doesn’t work - eg when it had been kicked/lost instant progress/Ruin.
though instant regression like from pain res or surge do apply and are not reduced due to it. So yeah, the Pain Res regression does apply and after the block is over it will start losing continuously progress
