New "The Silence" Killer Power

OVERVIEW:

The "SILENCE" has the power of projection with a form of echolocation. The killer can stand still and propel forward their image complete with their terror radius. This will create confusion. The first image is a scare tactic, and the second image is interactive and can grab the survivor who is near them. This is similar to the way wolves can scare prey towards the pack. The image of the killer can move towards the survivors, but cannot touch them. The trick is for the survivors to know which is the real one. Every 30 seconds or so, the killer can cause complete silence. The survivors feel like their deaf and only able to hear the terror radius no matter where they are. During this time any sound that is made by the survivors, the killer can teleport towards their first projected image to investigate.

DETAILS:

So, again, the killer causes complete (eerie) silence of EVERYTHING to the point that survivors feel deaf. Screams can't even be heard. The "Silence" can project a jump scare image along with a terror radius that can move toward the direction of a survivor as long as it has a clear line of sight of the survivor. The first image cannot touch a survivor. The intention is to scare the survivor into running during the silence. Wherever the noise is the killer can teleport to. However, the second image can grab a survivor, but cannot hook them. Only the actual killer can hook the survivor. The second image is always somewhere opposite the first projected phantom image. Maybe 40 meters away. Something like that.
