PC - Game performance stutters slowly overtime after a few matches.

Im having an issue that has been plaguing me for many months now and exclusively only happens to DBD itself with no signs of it ever stopping. Everytime I play DBD, the matches get more and more stutters overtime the more matches I play back to back no matter if its killer or survivor.

I have tried everything from updating OS, Updating drivers, rolling back drivers, reinstalling dbd from scratch, turn Vsync on and the same issue will eventually persist after 4-5 matches of playtime.

Below is a video showing exactly how bad the stuttering gets after 5 matches of playing
