New mmr/queue times test happening at the moment?

These days I have noticed how (especially) solo Q mmr feels all over the place in contrast to what a dev previously said here about increasing the softcap in mmr. Is a new test happening at the moment? I noticed queue times have gotten way longer and the team mates I get are noticeably worse and have less hours in the game that they used to have a few weeks ago.

Anybody else noticed this especially while playing solo Q? I have seen some content creators also pointing similar feelings out. If so... Could we get a confirmation about MMR, queue times and matchmaking in general being tweaked and going under tests at the moment?
