Coldwind Hook placement issue

Description: Loaded up game. Played live match of survivor on cold wind. Friend got hooked. Corn 🌽 Hut 🛖 blocking hook. Friend was in second stage and I couldn’t save. A different player was able to barely, they had to keep trying.
How often? Only seen it once.
1
