Dredge lost ability to attack

Halfway through the match after teleporting to a locker just as nightfall was ending, i caught up to a survivor and couldn't attack. I was pressing the button and nothing happened. I tried teleporting again, to a locker, to the remnant, and they all worked fine, but i couldn't attack. Even tried rebinding the controls but no luck. eventually the only thing that fixed it was getting into a snowman
