instant death on second hook after a self unhook

After attempting to self unhook at the bare minimum amount of progression timer left, regardless of self unhooking, the HUD will display a second hook state mark as well as either instantly killing you upon second hook, or forcing you to go through the second unhook state struggle without a timer + the fact you are now impossible to unhook.
