Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match while using Hex: Face The Darkness
Step 3 : In-game, injure a survivor
Step 4 : Kill another survivor on hook while Hex: Face The Darkness is active
Step 5: Notice that there will be a scream from the dead survivor's location every 30 seconds as long as the hex is active (Multiple dead survivors can scream due to this)

Character Played: The Pig
Perks Played: Hex: Face The Darkness, Dead Man's Switch, Lethal Pursuer, Enduring
Map: Lampkin Lane
Frequency: Every 30 seconds until the affected survivor escaped through the exit gates (as long as the dead survivor locations were outside my terror radius)
