steam: killer stuck in t-pose at gallows after normal locker escape

I did a normal fast locker escape (even though I have head on, it wasn't charged) right as the killer attacked, and the killer got stuck in the position shown. After about 20 seconds of wiggling he was able to get himself onto the ground, but couldn't move for the rest of the match or set traps (he could attack, though).
