Is anyone else noticing that the end of the 2023 is really glitchy?

The last couple of day's, 12/28/2023 PST, have been really glitchy. I also noticed that the killer queue has like ten minute waits, which suggests that the glitchy behavior of the game is being experienced by more than just me.
