Bug with Twins (Victor)

Playing as Twins on Xbox Series S, while using Victor, pounced onto someone and got stuck in the attached pov. The person with Victor attached could not get him off and subsequently could not interact with gens or escape the match. Even after the survivor ended up dying to the time out, the camera pov remained on Victor as he regenerated inside Charlotte. I don't know what could've caused this or even if anyone else has had this sort of issue with Twins but it's an issue nonetheless. So far it's the only time I've ever seen or have had it happen.
