PC - Jeff's new "Loose Shoelaces" leg cosmetic has a visible cutoff on many cosmetics

Any Jeff torso that does not have something covering the seam between the torso and legs has a visible white gap between his torso and legs.
This issue is minor on some cosmetics, like Relaxed Shirt, Drop Armhole Shirt, or Rescue Supporters Shirt, but is much more noticeable on Fur-Lined Parka, from his Amazon exclusive outfit
Steps to recreate:
Step 1: Boot the game
Step 2: Select Jeff
Step 3: Equip the Loose Shoelaces cosmetic
Step 4: Equip any of the above mentioned cosmetics (Fur-Lined Parka is most prominent and noticeable)
Step 5: Note the gap between cosmetics
Attached are examples of the white seam using the Fur-Lined Parka + Loose Shoelaces, and using the Fur-Lined Parka + Default to show where the legs should be going up to
