Is altruistic healing by one person nerfed?

Never had an issue but lately healing another feels like healing mi self without medkit, hell even healing another with a medkit feels slow, is much faster healing mi self with a medkit, is not rewarding risking mi self to heal another

    healing yourself without medkit takes way longer than healing someone else. Maybe they are affected by Mangled status.


    but.. how are you risking yourself when healing someone anyways.. like.. you wouldn’t do that in an open vulnerable spot?
