Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
Hawkins - Vault Point Blocked By Invisible Wall

The railing vault point next to the generator above the observation room (where the portal is) is blocked by an invisible wall. It blocks part of the walkway as well so whatever the game thinks is there is not just above the railing. No other vault points seemed to have this issue as I was able to use the other railing vaults throughout the map.
