Ultimate Weapon
UW in its current iteration is much too strong and needs to be tweaked. Either lower the radius or increase its cooldown or both. Or rework it to make a random survivor scream and reveal their location within your terror radious for 10 seconds.
The addition of blindness on top is probably not needed but not a big deal either way.

First step is to make Blindness not affect basekit aura (slugged and hooked teammates). That is the most annoying part of the perk.

I just find the screams annoying asf tbh. And CS has too big a downside to run just to turn off the screams. Playing less on headphones helps. Had a Nurse using it last night and it was crazy good on her of course.

I would love to see UW nerfed but this change just makes blindness more useless than it already is.

It does seem to last a little too long IMO. I could see giving it a minor nerf.

It does not work in Lockers. It used to work against Survivors in Lockers as well, but this was a Bug.
@Topic:
It is on the Roadmap for being changed... in a few months.
IMO it should not inflict Blindness. And it would be fine if the duration is either removed or drastically reduced (5 seconds or so). This would already be a really good Tracking-Perk, basically Doctors Shock available for everyone.
That they thought that 30 seconds were fine is really not understandable.
