Badge/Banner not working

I don't know if it's just me, but the snow man badge and snow skulls banner are not working. I can "equip" them, but they won't show up as being equipped, and the stuff I had previously equipped will still show, even though those should have been replaced. I had both the snow man and the snow skull equipped until today, i just switched them, and then was unable to change back due to the issue that appears to be there during the 'equipping' process.
