Scamper is nearly fine but needs a nerf!

Ok so I know people are gonna be like "DONT NERF" and "WDYM NEARLY FINE" while the title is true to what I think it's also good to bring in a bit of both killers and survivors opinions on my suggestion as I wanna hear what people's opinions are.

So first off window scamper is fine. It's pallet scampers that are the problem.

Now that we've covered that, lets dive deeper into that. So when you're at a pallet lets say you drop it early and it doesn't stun him, he scampers, and gets a hit. Ok so don't drop it early makes since to me to punish pre dropping as it's not as skillful as stunning him and if you stun him the stun duration is solid enough time to make enough distance to chain to another window to make scamper not effective right? So there's you're counterplay...

However...the next issue is "well chucky can just use enduring to make it uncounter-able!"

See right there! That's the problem! So with all that in mind let me make a suggestion:

Whenever chucky is stunned he now loses a small chunk of his power so that he can't activate Hidey Ho mode for 2.5 seconds. (note that this can be tweaked and increased/decreased as needed).

this would make it slightly more rewarding for stunning him even without enduring but not too much and would make it so enduring wouldn't really matter for being able to scamper sooner. I think this makes his scamper have a bit more counterplay around pallets as well as making it more consistently rewarding for doing so.

BONUS TIP: For people struggling with vs'ing chucky kind of treat him like nurse when he's using his dash and be unpredictable when breaking LoS. He has very restricted turning and has to setup a certain angle on certain loops + if you hide around a corner and pop out as he dashes around chances are he won't react and let go of m2 in time and will slide off of you and miss as a result. Hope this helps!
