Xbox RB palette bug when using flashlight & Running Bug

During a chase when pressing RB to pull a pallet down, there is a bug that makes you use the flashlight instead which results in being hit. Please fix this ASAP. There is another bug where you start randomly walking/ stop moving when running. This, again, results in free hits for the killer. Please fix these bugs as the game is unplayable as it is.
