The Singularity should no longer be slowed down after looking through Biopods near a hook
I do think this was necessary before the anti-camp meter, but after this was implemented, I believe this is an obsolete feature of his power.
To be clear—applying Slipstream through a Biopod placed near a hooked survivor should still take a long time. The movement speed penalty you get for checking Biopods near a hooked survivor is what I think should be removed. The anti-camp meter solves the problem of simply “sleeping” beside a hook while monitoring gens through pods.
This movement speed penalty makes using Biopods for information after a hook incredibly clunky, and actually keeps a Killer close to the hook when they are trying to leave. Using the Biopods for information is a key piece of the Singularity’s power, and immediately after ending a chase and hooking is exactly when you really need a little information on where to start your next chase.
