I think the Billy rework needs 2 small changes

billy rework so far is a huge step into the right direction, mostly amazing. I have two suggestions though:

  1. the iri engraving makes him too fast in the overdrive mode. it is basically unreactable for the survivor at a lot of loops. at the same time I think the base chainsaw sprint movement speed could be a bit faster (doom engraving are usually considered the minimum for a curving playstyle, which is a 20% speed increase.) I'm not 100% sure how to fix this, but one idea could be: nerf the iri engraving by 10%, then make his base sprint speed outside of overdrive faster by 10% (this idea obviously assumes that it is possible to buff his base speed without buffing the overdrive speed, idk how billys speed multiplier works). anyway, this way the base, addonless overdrive would stay the same but using the iri engraving now will not overbuff it, at the same time you would become a bit stronger at curving outside the overdrive mode cause now you essentially have doom engraving basekit.
  2. the second, smaller point I have is the chainsaw miss cooldown during overdrive mode, it needs to be a bit longer (basekit outside overdrive is fine imo).

Forget touching any number values on him before live. All everyone wants is a quieter chainsaw. Just make his chainsaw Bubba volume. It's like the Devs want people to get hearing issues.
