Tubarao's Pouch Bugged in Carry Animation

Tubarao's pouch blocked part of my vision after I picked up.
Step 1: Find yourself a Tubarao.
Step 2: Grab 'em.
Step 3: Get hit in the face with a tactical, yet fashionable, pouch.
I've only seen 1 Tubarao so far, and I'm not sure if it's a killer specific thing (this was with Myers).
