How is it that the dedicated server always crashes when you're about to win?

ISTG every time the dedicated server crashes mid-game is when your side is about to win, how?? Or is DDoS-ing just back?

I heard that there is the cheat program that makes opponents to be disconnected. There are very diverse cheats in DBD.

If that's the case then it's happening way too often and should be looked into.
