Glitched cosmetics.

Oni main here. A lot of his best cosmetics are glitched. Missing horns in game and the blighted one has a messed up face....most glitched cosmetics get fixed pretty quick but Oni has been stuck that way for years. Wonder if I can get a refund for them or if BHVR is going to fix them anytime soon?

    As stated in the EULA, virtual currency cannot be refunded, and for the game or DLC purchased in the Steam Store, PSN Shop, etc; refunds are done through the platform in which they were purchased, and are subject to their rules on refunds: https://deadbydaylight.com/eula/

    I understand your upset, but please know the issues with Oni's Cosmetics have been reported in the Bug Reports Category of the Forum, and are Under Review by the Team.
