Blight "nerf" > Skull Merchant nerf?

There is only one killer I've played against where people choose to not want to play, which is the skull merchant every time

Skull merchant needs a nerf more but blight's add-ons have remained a problem for far longer. Since his release pretty much which was 3+ years now.
