Skull Merchant's Processed Leather cosmetic keeps bugging out to show her underwear

Description:
The Skull Merchant's "Processed Leather" body cosmetic from her "Heart Stopper" outfit has a skirt that keeps breaking in the lobby and getting stuck, showing her underwear. This can be temporarily fixed by switching outfits in the lobby but the moment you go back to the main screen and then click "Play As Killer" again, the skirt will break.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Select Skull Merchant and equip the Heart Stopper cosmetic
- Go back to the main menu
- Click on "Play as killer"
(Happens every single time)

Is this a bug?
In the lobby, it does look like a flap of material is pulled up and pinned to her waist, but I recorded a clip of her walking in the post-match screen and that flap isn't even there; her skirt looks like it was cut/designed that way. 🤷♂️
