every time me and my party load into the match on xbox, we lose a member of our party and have to reset the game.
sometimes we all ready up and it shows only one is ready and we have to re load the game.
this is happening every day

Character played - any
Perks played - any
Map - not always able to load into this stage
Frequency of the issue - daily - every two games at least
