pc gamepass crash upon pressing any button that redirects you to the lobby

this happens with both "play as survivor", "play as killer" and "custom game"
fresh install of the game on a fresh windows install, shouldn't be any old game files anywhere on the disc
to reproduce it just open the game, skip through the tutorial screen and click on any of the mentioned buttons
all of the logs on my Logs folder (all of this same crash since I hadn't started the game prior to this) are attached, along with a video (https://youtu.be/HNqBklPDQd4) on how it happens
