Disconnected from Host while playing custom games.

As the title says, I keep getting disconnected from games when I play custom with friends or when playing SWF. Always after the first game and when I try to rejoin, it locks up the game on my friends end and will continue to lock up and not let me play. I've tried resetting my internet, verifying game files and reinstalling the game and nothing seems to help.
