Matchmaking Locked due to Server Disconnect

Last night, I was matchmaking locked twice for server disconnect. Today, it happened again. My platform is PS4. I am NA East for the BHVR server, as I live in Iowa. I want to play DbD. I know I lag occasionally, especially with this blizzard in Iowa. My PS4 is too old, but being punished for a server disconnect is ridiculous. I don't want BHVR to ban my account for lagging out of the game and server disconnections. I added an edited video of the two occasions from last night.
