Oni mask bug

For a long time already, Oni mask named "Shattered Spike" (Hollowed Blight Collection) is bugged. In-game from survivor POV as well as in end game lobby it "goes off the face" and is not visible, it's like a grey face that remains instead. During menus and pre-game lobby it works well. I'm reporting this as it's my favorite Oni mask to use, sadly to a survivor it looks like a plain grey face.
