PS5 - Huntress/Survivor locked in carry animation

Description
Was carrying Claudette as Huntress on Haddenfield and suddenly got locked in the carry animation. Suddenly Claudette gets dropped.
No idea what the trigger was, I'm pretty sure it wasn't a head on, as I didn't see the locker go. In hindsightI should have checked for Head On + Quick & Quiet at the end... though the fact she goes to the downed state is strange...

Nothing seemed to free me from the animation, no stuns or anything. Claudette was similarly bugged.
