Weakens Mind Breaker

It is very difficult for survivors without VC to react to the approach of killers who can move at high speed or have undetectable power. In the past, Spine Chill could be used as a countermeasure to some extent. But now it is of no use. If Mind Breaker is used, survivors will have no countermeasures.

So how about changing the effect of Mind Breaker to one that slows down recovery from fatigue?

    Mind Breaker is already a niche perk, one that has a chance to backfire spectacularly by allowing someone to easily 99 a Sprint Burst. It doesn't need to be weakened.

    Mindbreaker is fine. The entire point of it is to counter exhaustion perks just like distortion's entire point is to counter aura reading perks. You change that, then you literally dismantle the whole point of the perk.
