Wesker Bound From Elevations Change

Atm when Wesker uses his power to grab a Survivor who is on an elevation (a hill, a main building without a railing) and reaches the edge, the Survivor is dropped sustaining no damage but becomes infected if they weren't already. This looks ridiculous on top of having it so Wesker gets nothing out of that power hit and has wasted time. What I think should happen is this:

When using Virulent Bound to grab a Survivor while on an elevated surface, Wesker immediately throws the Survivor when reaching the edge of the elevated surface. The thrown Survivor would also sustain a stagger like they would normally get when falling from a height. This stagger would only happen when a Survivor impacts an obstacle. If the throw loses momentum before impacting anything the Survivor would fall and the usual animation of the Survivor getting up would occur.
