Bug could not be healed/ Item dissapeared from character hand

I was in a game against Wesker and I could not be healed by my teammates. At the end they wanted to report me. I also had a flashlight that disappeared once in a while, sometimes I could use it, sometimes I could not. Video attached. https://clipchamp.com/watch/5qxWUGRzk6k
I don t have the one with the flashlight that I could not use, unfortunately
Also in the begining of the video you can see 3 hooks are VERY close together.
One was the one where I was hooked, the other one was 0:30 in the video next to the right of the gen and the third one was at min. 0:18 ini the left part of the video.
